Scott and Sherri Belden

Sherri and I are in our mid 40’s living here in Manasota key or Punta Gorda Florida. Sherri is originally from Miami Florida, I am from back in the mid-west. We came here back in 1995 and fell in love with the area so we moved from the mountains of Steamboat Spring Colorado to the warmer beaches here! We have a daughter Danica and a son Ryan who currently are both attending college. This is our vacation home and we take pride in our home and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. You will find that staying in our home is like being at a friend’s house not a hotel! We have everything you will need with the exception of you and your beach towel. We look forward to having you as our guest!
