I have been renting this large home to travelers from all over the world for 6 years now when my business partner handed me the books! He still attends and helps out when in town. He opened this business 12 years ago before this was one of the nicest areas of the city. I study law, help my family's music business in the center of the city and spend my spare time working! I love the downtown area, as I was raised there. But this is really where you want to be after the fun days and evenings that you will be here for work or pleasure. Try to mix the two. This is a great place to be from and to live in!
