I am a retired Engineer and have worked in Europe for a number of years. We have two homes in Italy which we use for a few months a year and the rest are available for vacation rental. We take much pride in our homes and hope that the renters will treat them as we do. These homes are fully furnished as a normal home. We are very fortunate that these homes are located in very interesting areas of Italy, just north of Rome on the coast and in Umbria in a medieval, mountain setting. At each location we have a manager to provide any necessary support to the renter should it be necessary.
