I have lived in Brighton for 15 years so can advise on great local restaurants and fun things to do. I LOVE this 16th century cottage and its amazing location, right by the sea, shops and bars. We walked past it many times and heard about its heritage in one of the many Brighton Guided Tours, never dreaming we would one day own it. When the opportunity presented itself we grabbed it and have thoroughly enjoyed renovating it to create this sophisticated wonderland boutique accommodation. You won't need to worry about budgeting for taxi fares as this property is slap bang in the middle of all the action whilst still being tucked away. You can roll out of bed and onto the beach in minutes. The luxury finishings mean you get a boutique experience with the exclusivity of your own place.
