I am an architect who grew up in the Bay Area and has lived in San Francisco for the past 40 years! My wife was an English Barrister, practicing in London, who moved her practice here when we got married. We first lived in a flat in Pacific Heights, since then, we have owned 5 successive Victorian houses in this lovely part of the City. I have designed/built many projects here and am known for keeping a high design standard and for quality "green" buildings. We have two children who were both raised in San Francisco and both still live in the City.
