Ned and I own and operate Beach Abode located in stunning Ahipara , New Zealand . We provide three well equipped private apartments on 90 Mile Beach . Ned and I live on-site in separate owners quarters and manage the property , meet and greet guest and provide services that one would find in a serviced hotel accommodation . You maintain your privacy and space and we quietly insure that everything is running smoothly . If a guest requires more service such as the free included housecleaning service , fresh towels or maybe would like to order our $15 per person breakfast or pay for a laundry service using eco friendly laundry soap ; we are here to provide these services . Certainly there are guest that simply want to be left alone in their private self- contained apartments and that is okay too . It is your choice we just provide the home away from home .
