My wife, Annabelle, and I have had the pleasure of renting our little pad for over 6 years. My wife has family in Miami so she knew it well, but I, like so many others, was struck instantly by it the first day I arrived.

The thought of having a place that is private and yet close to everything was the best of all worlds: a small piece of a little oasis, a tropical paradise without ever leaving the country was too good to pass up, so we bought a condo on the beach - South of 5th on Ocean Drive...it doesn't get better than this.

We divide our time between Los Angeles and Miami. We then rented a condo in the building next door where we stay when in South Beach.

We are very easy to get along with and enjoy sharing our little "Mouse Pad" where one can have a happy experience that won't break the bank. Having a hand in someone discovering Miami for the first time, or who simply just wants a get away to find relaxation on the beach, has been one of the great pleasures for this traveler.
