Travel is life intensified and everyone needs it. A trip to Cancun in 1994 changed my life forever and I am so grateful and happy to call this Cancun beach my home. Travel continues to be a big part of my life and I learn so much about what else I can be doing for my guests when I get to "the other side" and am a customer myself. Having worked in many hotels here in the Cancun hotel zone in guests services in my 20's and 30's I definately know what service is.
