We moved from the mainland when we could to raise our three children. My husband is from Hilo and I have been here for almost thirty years. Hale Kepani was purchased for ohana and is also used as our personal residence, so all the amenities you would expect at home are available.
Enjoy the outdoor living made possible by numerous lanais. All will appreciate this spacious home and the convenience of our location, just a short stroll down to historic Hilo downtown. Keiki will enjoy the enclosed garden, portable play pool, toys and books.
We expect to spend time traveling in retirement, when we are not out Hamakua side at the family farm, so the longer you stay, the happier we are to have you. We will share our fresh farm eggs, especially if you love to help with out with the garden. Go for it, we'll even bring dinner. Pack light, all you need is casual attire, beach wear and slippers. With sleep sofas in additional rooms, we will consider larger family groups, only for short stays. There are beds for 10, (only 2 twins) and single floor futons for small children.

In addition to books, there is an extensive collection of Dvds… See more
