Our family has been vacationing on South Padre Island and specifically at Sunchase IV since 1996. We always enviously eyed Unit 721 because it offers the best views and all day sunbathing and best, if you prefer, there is always a spot in the shade as well. Privacy is also important to us and this unit has probably the best of all the units. Finally, in 2008 we got to stay in it and asked the owner to purchase it right away. It now is our second home and we stay here for all our beach vacations and personally take care of it whenever we are here. In the winter the heated pool allows us to swim (Sunchase IV is one of the few properties on the island with a heated outdoor pool) ... and we love to soak in the extra large Hottub every evening. For us this apartment is perfect and the complex provides us everything we expect.
