Stephen the owner has been building all his life, - he started with sand, switched to LEGO and has teamed up with Babett his wife since a couple of years to reconstruct flats.
We have fun renovating lofts in old company buildings. We like to do the details of furnishing and to play around with different materials and objects. This hobby grew over time to a small business.
Our concept is to create spacious lofts which are reasonable priced and to offer these loft in a simple and convenient way.
We support families. Children under 12 are not counted as extra guests and pay not additional fees.

All lofts are close to each other and are grouped around two adjacent backyards in the center of Berlin. Our guests appreciate the well-appointed apartments with many amenities, like full equipped kitchens, free WiFi Internet access and the supply of information of Berlin as well the immediate neighborhood.
