The "Availability" calendar is a great way to check to see if your desired rental dates are open. I make it a point to keep this calendar updated, so a quick check by you will be helpful.

The current rate is USD$85.00 per night. However, please note that our preference is for a 30 consecutive night rental for a total of $2,550.00 per month. In addition, we require a USD$1,000.00 refundable rental deposit that is returned based on a house inspection at the end of your rental by our house manager in San Miguel de Allende.

Here is a list of items included in the rental cost:

*Housekeeping service 2xs/week for about 3 hours each of those two days (currently Tuesday & Thursday);

*WiFi Internet service;

*Cable TV that includes certain major U.S. stations;

*Vonage International telephone service (used as if it were a telephone in the U.S.);

*Telmex local Mexico telephone service;

Here is a list if itmes that are not included in the rental cost:

*Propane gas. We have a tank that is full (85% maximum capacity) at the time of your rental and we kindly request that you fill it when you leave (our house manager can do this very easliy for you). A full tank lasts about 2-3 months and costs about USD$150.00 currently.

*Electricity. At the end of the rental period, or shortly thereafter when my house manager receives the electric bill, the cost for electricity for the rental period will be deucted from the rental deposit.

*Bottled water. In San Miguel, bottled water is sold in 5 gallon bottles by vendors (i.e., Santorini) who come by in trucks various times during the week. They often will knock on the door to take empty bottles and replace them with refills at a cost of about USD$4.00/5-gallon bottle. There will be several 5-gallon bottles there already for your use and we ask that you replace what you use for our next guests. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WATER IN OUR TAP IS DOUBLE-FILTERED BY A UV LIGHT PROCESS AND A PARTICULATE FILTER. WHILE THIS WATER IS SAFE FOR BRUSHING TEETH, SHOWERING AND WATERING PLANTS, WE PREFER TO DRINK WATER THAT IS BOTTLED.

Either my house manager will meet you at the house when you arrive (I will notify him of your arrival details) or I will arrange to have a set of keys mailed to you prior to your departure from your home.

Yes, we have a blow dryer in each en-suite bathroom off the 2 bedrooms and a full-length mirror in the sala/study between the 2 bedrooms.
