My husband and I have owned this condo since 2000. We live in Novato CA. Kauai is our favoroite island and we were pleased to purchase this property. We use the property at least once a year and try to improve it each time. We have a book for visitors to let us know what they like or find lacking. Our property manager lives in Kapaa and is readily available by phone for any problems that occur. We ask that renters treat the condo as if it were their own home. If you use the last please replace it. We have many extras that are at the condo for our renters enjoyment such as beach chairs, towels, etc. Please use them and leave for the next guest.
