We fell in love with this spot and bought it a dozen years ago, it was recomended by several friends who have lived in the area for years. Location is everything, and this is one of the very few condo complexes that actually have grounds. Lots of trees, grass and plants surround the entire area. It's very pleasant to sit and have meals on the deck in the warm months.
