It has a small balcony facing the green and it is very quiet. The location is one of the best in Tel-Aviv. Just a minute walk from Hilton beach, and 5 minutes walk from the new port of Tel-Aviv, shops, restaurants, and Park Hayarkon are all in a short walking distance.
