I am an ex-UK teacher who came to the island twenty years ago with my Trinidadian wife. I built my own house and pool (with a little help from my friends!), learnt as much as I could about Tobagonian cooking with the help of Harriet, a local well known Tobago cook and wrote the definitive Tobago cookbook, "Harriet's Tobago Cookery Book". I also got to know all the Tobago rivers and lead hikes up to the waterfalls of some of the more off beat ones. Both my wife and I cook providing delicious breakfasts and evening meals.

You will never eat alone and relax together during the meals.
Morning and night you have to listen them talking about them all the time.
We where to shy to let them know.
