Antonio Arroyo, co-owner, is both the design and muscle behind Casa Uvita. When Antonio is not planning or building something fabulous, you can find him cooking gourmet meals for friends and family.

Our family stayed at Casa Uvita for four nights at the end of November 2013. (Me, my husband, and three boys ages 12, 10 and 9.)
