My wife and I bought this property in Rio Verde because after 30+ years of going to the community to visit grandparents we just fell more and more in love with the place and wanted to establish our own home there. We both live in Denver, CO and hold jobs and have 2 kids - making it hard to be in the place we love to often at this point in our lives. We know many of the fine people in Rio Verde and have folks to take care of the property and anything that you may need while renting.
