Yes with limitations. Our rental agreements allows for two daytime guests. We will often allow for more, with written approval.

Bottom line is we often work with our guests to accommodate their entertaining wishes, but you must discuss your plans with us in advance.

If you wish to entertain a group of outsides guests not staying at The Wimbush Mansion, then we always require a written event agreement and, depending on the size and nature of the gathering, we may require an additional event fee. If you have any event, regardless of size, without prior written approval, we will charge the full standard event rate of $500 plus additional cleaning fees, if applicable and violations of our rental agreement may be subject to eviction.

We have had bridal showers, family reunions and even small weddings. We have also said no to some events because we did not feel it was best for the historic property or would impact our neighbors.

Yes. Our base rate applies for a maximum of 6 guests. There is an additional per person/ per night fee. Currently that is $35/per person/per night, but is subject to change. Current rate information is available on our rate tab.

If you have more than 6 people, we do charge the additional per person fee for children two and older. We do not charge for infants (under two years old). If you require a crib, there is a $10 / day charge.
