Janos is a carpenter and has extensive experience in restoring old houses. He is also a trained homeopath and Cranio Sacral Therapist and has worked as self-employed for many years.

Ragnhild is a teacher and a weaver and has for many years worked with education of children and adults. Weaving started as a hobby, but has gained more and more importance in her life.

In December 2010 they bought a big old house in the heart of the well known and protected village of Montségur. The house was in poor condition, but with Janos' knowledge as a carpenter and with the help of local craftsmen it has become a beautiful, French style stone house with all the modern comforts required for a pleasant stay.

In April 2012, the first part was ready; a B&B with four rooms to let, a conference room and a weaver's workshop. The workshop will be a boutique with hand-made textiles and handicrafts from the region as well as fair trade products.
