Tybee Vacation Rentals is a full service property management company on Tybee Island, GA founded in 2000 by, Amy Gaster and Carrie Efird, two sisters who grew up in Savannah and Tybee Island. TVR offers over 120 fully furnished vacation rentals (condos, cottages, and homes) to travelers, their friends and families travelling to Tybee Island. The company's mission is to provide professional property management services to homeowners, to provide quality accommodations and exceptional customer service to guests, and to lead their industry with professionalism and innovation.

TVR operates an Information Center and Concierge Service providing guests with expert destination advice and assistance, plus a variety of other services (free WIFI, fax, copies, Notary, tour tickets, and more!). In addition 24 hour emergency call assistance is available to our guests.


When renting a home from Tybee Vacation Rentals, guests experience greater benefits and more value than a traditional hotel stay. Tybee Vacation Rentals welcomes over 18,000 vacationers to Tybee Island every year and offers our guests an assortment of properties in all island locations, all sizes, and all price ranges. TVR properties range from 1 to 6 bedrooms and can accommodate 1 to 16 people. TVR properties offer a variety of amenities such as pools, hot tubs, WIFI, cable TV, comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchens, and even pet friendly properties are available. TVR offers guests flexible stays with only a 2 or 3 night minimum for most properties.
