I moved to the island paradise of Boracay 10 years ago, from the big city of Manila, and have been living my dream ever since.

I enjoy building resorts, beach homes and apartments both for myself and for clients. I also enjoy kitesurfing! So what better way to mesh the two then to build rental homes, apartments and resorts suitable for kiters!
