This Mazatlan townhouse is owned jointly by a brother & sister and their spouses. Since we live apart in Nevada & South Carolina, we wanted a place we could meet for family vacations. We love the Mexican people, lifestyle, food, and progressiveness of Mazatlan. We also like the US conveniences of WalMart, Home Depot & Staples. When we bought the townhouse we decided to add another bedroom and bath and reconfigure the downstairs to an open floor plan. Since all four of us are in the housing arena (an architect, a contractor, a decorator, & kitchen designer) we decided to totally refurbish the entire condo. It had to be a place with modern conveniences, purified water, A/C, sheets, towels, television, internet, etc. All we have to bring are suitcases & groceries. This truely turned out to be a comfortable relaxing "home away from home". We love when our visitors tell us they did not want to leave. Because when we have to go we always comment: "Wish we could stay longer!"
