We appreciate constructive feedback so our property managers, who live nearby can proactively attend to maintenance issues. The nature of the world is that things go wrong occasionally. Please tell us as soon as you can if something needs attention.

SANDS BEACH HOUSE
SANDS beach house is a relaxing getaway in a quiet pocket on 10km of pristine beach at Mt Coolum, on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We designed and built SANDS beach house in 2011 as a getaway from the hectic lifestyle full time jobs and the city deliver. We hope you get the same level of rest and relaxation when you visit.

I love the peaceful area. This is a place where I can sleep through the night uninterrupted by artificial noise. The nature strip between the house and the beach is magnificent - cool and a great place to ride, run or walk.

The neighbours are super friendly. Locals here tend to not take themselves too seriously and have a healthier outlook than their city cousins.
