I am the owner. I have used this town home since 2005 for personal use only. It has been a great getaway, very cozy and comfortable. I am now offering it for rent so you too can enjoy it. You will find that it is much cooler here than the city and two hours from Denver isn't far to drive to experience the feeling of being on vacation, even for a short visit. I live and work in Denver and have been coming here almost every week for years. It's a home away from home. Completely furnished with all the essentials.
