The Lake House, located on scenic Canadarago Lake,12 miles north of Cooperstown.Built in 1843, it is one of the oldest continually operating establishments in the Cooperstown/Leatherstocking area. With splendid lake views, an expansive lawn and shore line, park benches,you can enjoy a cocktail before dinner at the bar or outside on the deck.Watching the sunset as you dine, is also a treat. For those enjoying a stay what could be better than waking up and enjoying a delicious homemade breakfast overlooking the lake.Each room has its own private bath.There is also one room located on the first floor containing 2 Queen beds/1twin.This room is Handicapped accessible.There are 8 rooms on 2nd floor plus a large central common room Mini kitchen with sink,microwave,refrigerator and toaster is also on the second floor.There also is a washer and dryer. Each room has its own private bath.See second floor link for pictures.Escape the hustle and bustle from the day and get away to the Lake House.
