My husband and I took a vacation in Maggie Valley area and were hooked. We came home and immediately started researching homes for sale in the area. After looking at several that required being a "billy goat" to access (very steep inclines and unpaved roads) we came across this little gem. It not only had a gradual incline and was paved right up to the front door, but the A~Frame Chalet was beautiful. A perfect vacation home in the heart of the Smoky Mountains!

We loved the area so much that when another A~Frame became available we purchased that home too. We can now accommodate parties of up to 12. It's a wonderful environment for a family reunion. Many of our tenants have returned over the years and the referrals just keep coming.
