Bernadette ODonnell

My husband Kevin and I, Bernadette, have been running our tourism business at Kilmaneenfor almost 20 years. We are also beef farmers. We have 3 children, Michael, Claire and Ruth who are adults now and who have flown the nest. Kevin is a keen gardener and he grows most of our fruit and vegetable as well as keeping a beautiful garden with many varieties of trees and shrubs. I am interested in making things from brown soda bread to greeting cards to self assembly furniture. We live in a quiet, rural place and we love to share our beautiful area and our home with people from all around the world by renting our River Cottage and by looking after guests in our 4 star Bed and Breakfast. We have won many awards for our tourism product which has been a great bonus for us but what we treasure most is the great feedback that we receive from our guests. We love animals and we have 2 georgous little dogs (Jack Russell cross terrier) Dora and Sal who welcome everyone with wagging tails
