My husband and I bought this vacation home in 2011. Because we are from Canada and enjoy getting a break from snow and cold weather, we stay in the home ourselves for several weeks during February and March. The south-facing pool was a MUST for us because we are definitely sun and heat-seeking when we come to Florida at that time of year. We were impressed with the floorplan of the house as it lends itself to large group vacations and we have had four generations of our family together there and everyone has a great space. We are pleased to be able to offer our Florida home for rent so that others can enjoy family vacations there as much as wel do!
