Martin is English and was a Wine Merchant in London for over 40 years. In addition to running their beautiful Chambre d'hote, he is delighted to offer Wine Tasting tutorials on a formal or informal basis during your stay. Emily, his wife, is an artist who strongly believes that we all have art in us! She runs courses, tailor made for you, designed to encourage anyone and everyone from "I can't paint at all" to "Crikey! I never knew I could do that!" Please chat to us to arrange these facilities.
We have four adult children and a grandson (so far) so we love to welcome families of all sizes.
Our prices include a continental breakfast and, by arrangement, we can offer evening meals (on a Table d'hote basis) and even a packed lunch if you're off on an adventure.
Martin is licensed, in both the UK and France, to both serve and sell alcohol and is always pleased to open the bar during your stay with us.
