We wanted a nice place to go after retirement so we bought this unit in 1999. We loved the architecture at Sunchase IV and found the amenities to be perfect for us. We regularly use the heated pool, hot tub, racquetball courts and beach. Dean (professor) and Martha (administrative assistant) both retired recently from Iowa State University (Ames, IA). We have four children and eight grandchildren. They all enjoy spending a week or more in the winter on the beach with us each year. We spend six months in Texas as 'snow birds' and the rest of our time in Iowa, Colorado, and visiting children/grand children. We have decided to avoid snow!
