Hello, I am Tuyet-Mai, the owner of Villa 1 at Lakewood Hills, Phuket. I have been living in Asia as an expatriate for 18 years with my husband and 3 children. We are French of Vietnamese origin. We currently live in Shanghai, where my husband is posted for a multinational company.


We have been vacationing in Phuket for many years and our villa is really our home away from home. It is decorated and furnished with great taste, with Vietnamese, Thai and contemporary accents. It has all equipment and amenities one could wish. It is very spacious, well appointed and elegantly furnished.

We have priced our villa very competitively versus similar Phuket villas and we continuously monitor our prices to provide great value for money for luxury accommodation and services. The villa is serviced by an English-speaking villa manager and a full time live-in maid, who is also an excellent Thai food cook. She can prepare breakfast (groceries excluded) as well as dinner (upon request and for a small fee) during your stay with us. Phuket is a fantastic place for vacation year round, with its warm and tropical weather.

Our spacious villa is really a nice place to enjoy relaxing vacation in family. We provide flexibility with options to book the villa with 4 bedrooms, or 5 bedrooms or 6 bedrooms. The villa can thus cater to big groups/families occupying the villa and 6 bedrooms (12 adults + 4 small children) or "smaller" groups occupying the villa and 4 bedrooms (8 adults + 4 small children).

The very spacious living and dining areas (70m2), patio/veranda (80m2), gazebo (40m2), pool deck (140m2) provide comfortable and luxury space at times when the group is together. The well appointed and spacious en-suite bedrooms, ranging from 35m2 to 70m2, with TV and DVD player, provide privacy and great comfort when the guests retreat to their individual room.
