Hello, we are Mark and Lynne and are native New Englanders that love the outdoors. This property was purchased for our family and Lynne's brothers family who live in Newport, RI in May 2014. We live in Londonderry NH, 2 hours from Birchlea and our families use the property several times throughout the year when not rented. We find this important for you to know that we take pride in the home, it's not just a rental. Hopefully you will enjoy it as much as we do.
