I am 68 years old and am renting this condo when I am not using it. I spend my time between Zihua relaxing and the US where my grandkids are. It is brand new and has all the amenities of home. It is completely furnish and except for personal needs and food everything is there for the using. Things like salt, pepper, sugar etc. are in the pantry. There are 2 very good restaurants right near if you don't feel like cooking. It is very clean and comfortable and the daytime caretaker is very helpful should you need something. I only ask that you care for it as if it were your own.
