I'm 52 years old living in Aquitaine France. My husband and I live and work right near our flat that we rent out all the year. We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local we deal with our guests directly or with a friend from key exchanges to cleaning to repairs and anything in between. The property is also our hoildays flat so we have a particular care of it.
