Hello. I have been renting condominiums in the Vail Valley (Vail and Beaver Creek Colorado) for over 7 years now. I have been fortunate to learn the scheduling specifics of the wonderful Austria Haus Club in Vail. I am also a local travel agent (which means I can help with booking accommodations anywhere in Vail or Beaver Creek, Colorado).

The Austria Haus Club is considered a fractional ownership property (18 condos owned by multiple owners -- thus each owns a fraction of a condo). With this, there are certain booking limitations so we need to discuss your vacation plans with you, by phone or email, rather than allowing the condominiums to be booked on-line (we can explain the schedule when we talk with your more).

If you are coming to Vail or Beaver Creek Colorado, we look forward to talking with you about your travel plans. Should we not be able to book your vacation at the Austria Haus, we are happy to help find another property in town and save you the time of extensive searching yourself.
