The house is an independent stonehouse that has been beautifully restored to the highest standards and has retained the Tuscan charm with wooden beams, terra cotta ceilings, chestnut doors and windows, terra cotta floors and a wood burning stove. Your vacation home is designed for intimate, relaxing and comfortable living for all seasons.

An Idyllic Setting: Casa Cappellino is the realization of the true Italy we all dream about. The property is located in the true, genuine, Italian countryside far enough from the major tourism centers so that authentic Italian life can be experienced. Many of the local residents have never been further than perhaps 50 miles from Caprese Michelangelo their entire lives and are the most lovely people you could ever hope to meet. You will not find shops geared toward tourists or restaurants serving quick far from ideal Italian cuisine. In our little corner of Italian heaven you will find the true essence of Italy.

Among the rolling Tuscan hills, you can explore the nearby hills, fields and streams bountiful with wild life, chestnut, walnut, mushrooms, rare ferns and wild flowers. The property overlooks a small tranquil village in which its proud residents have lived for generations in their family homes. Straight and elegant cypress trees, mountain streams with rapids and waterfalls adorn this charming little Italy village.
