I've been helping HomeOwners and Guests with vacation rentals for over 12 years.

I recently moved from New York to Sarasota, Florida.....specifically Siesta Key where I am buying and managing vacation rentals.
I continue to manage properties in New York City, East Hampton & Montauk.

For Travelers & Guests: I work with you from beginning to end to make sure your vacation is just perfect. I am available before, during and even after your stay. I make sure your vacation rental home/condo/apt is perfectly Guest ready before your arrival. I have a great team of cleaning people, property management and maintenance people who have worked with me for 12 plus years. It's a dedicated team effort to provide the best possible Guest services. Welcome Packets are sent before your arrival with Condo, Neighborhood and Area Information. I am always available to answer any questions and provide any information you for your vacation.
