I moved to Tortola, British Virgin Islands in 1991 & soon after that met my husband. We moved into Allamanda Apartment and lived there for 6 years until our second child was born. We didn't move far, just right next door into a larger apartment. So we have spent 23 years at Tobacco Wharf and still love it there.
