Hello, My name is Graham and my wife's name is Irina. We were married three years ago so we bought our villa as a lasting present for each other and we spent our honeymoon there. We try to go there as much as possible. The villa is in a peaceful area where you can relax so I hope you enjoy your stay there as much as we do.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought the property because we love the area and because it is near to the beach. There are lovely restaurants on the beach and some restaurants will collect you and return you to the villa for free. The villa gives you space to yourselves where you can relax away from the crowds but easy access to Kusadasi and nearby towns. We love to travel around the world but we left our heart in Kusadasi in our villa. It is a home from home which I hope you will enjoy as well.
Unique benefits of the property
We enjoy the closeness to the 18km beach which is 8 mins walk from the villa, the mountain views and the sense of tranquility. The villa is facing the pool so you can get a lovely suntan beside the pool or the beach. Please enjoy the villa as much as we have.
