Centrally located in Puerto Varas, near the train station, is a short walk to town, and the local vistas of the Volcano Osorno, Punteagudo, Calbuco and Lake Llanquihue, as well as portal the national parks and international lake crossing.

The living room, has high wooden ceilings, large comfy sofas, slow burning wood stoves and entertainment center. The sunny kitchen designed by the owner-chef Vicki Johnson, has everything you need for culinary delights, including a double sink with granite counters, cooks counters, breakfast area, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and microwave.

The Master Bedroom suite offers a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and stone bath and shower, sitting area as well as wood stove. The guest suite, has a king-sized bed, large stone bath, sitting area, pull out hide a bed for 2, bosca and desk. The guest room, is furnished with a double bed, desk and bathroom with shower. All the beds are super-comfortable, with high-thread-count bedding. The deluxe AeroBed with foam topper sleeps two additional guests, as well as more rooms in the common living area available at a nominal price. Can sleep up to 10 guests.
There is a lovely sense of community in the barn, with first floor offices, as well as separate apartment with long term international guests working in the area, making it very easy to meet people, as well as blend into the local activities.
Our friendly, Spanish speaking caretaker is available to help you with whatever you need., as well as the owner on hand for any extra needs, such as in house cooking, classes, or any special activities which may interest guests.
