We came down looking to buy a private (non rental) second home, but as soon as we saw Shutters we knew it was the one. It had a perfect layout, a great pool and deck area, and was so close to the beach. The only problem was it was twice as much as we were planning on spending. Then I had the idea of buying this home as a rental property. We've never looked back. One of the best decisions of our lives as we have provided so many memories for our family and countless others
