Tom and I purchased this house in April 2012. We have always loved the Arizona area, and plan to retire there in the next 10 years. We have vacationed in Arizona several times and every time we have rented someone's home. When this house became available, we saw our chance to let others enjoy the same benefits that we have in the past.
