My husband Phil & I are both retired from AT&T, and currently farming a small almond orchard. Once retired, we traveled quite a bit and found that comfort, cleanliness, security and convenience had to rate high when we stayed at vacation homes or hotels. We also invited suggestions from our many friends and family visiting from Canada, Italy, England, South America and so many states in the USA. We are constantly upgrading our home as well. Our goal is to provide a home that creates wonderful memories for family gatherings, as well as friend reunions. We prefer this house is not used as a party house, out of consideration to our neighbors. I contact each inquiry, speak to them as I want to make sure the house meets their expectations.
