Margot & Peter Badger, Innkeepers

Peter and Margot Badger met and started dating while working in the hospitality industry (a local restaurant) right in Honeoye Lake. Their parents and grandparents approved of the match, since they had all been good friends and grown up together. In fact, both Peter’s and Margot’s ancestors were initial settlers of the town of Honeoye and surrounding area.

Both Peter and Margot worked at their other jobs while they labored to transform the interior and exterior of the Little Lakes Inn. Margot designed, painted, and directed contractors for two years, eventually leaving her position as a dietitian to work full time on the inn’s renovations. She had always wanted to oversee her own Spa/Health center, and feels that in running Little Lakes Inn, she has been able to incorporate all her true passions into her vocation: nutrition counseling, baking, decorating, traveling, and shopping.
