DelMar Eco Lodging Apartments is a beautiful lush garden property with 4 two-bedroom apartments, a tiny apartment for two, and our latest addition, the Flamboyan Tree Housel. We are located east of San Juan, 35 minutes from the LMM international airport. My family and I live on the property with two friendly dogs, a cat, a land turtle, and a small bird. I am a semi-retired hotelier. Among the family, there is a music teacher, a Yoga instructor, and an officer. We enjoy our guests' company with enough space for everyone's privacy. Our property is one block from the beach and 3 blocks from the Mameyes River. It is a humble colorful typical old Puerto Rico neighborhood.

Each unit has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a living room/kitchen.
The four units are identical in structure.
Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen: Pots, pans, plates, tableware, stove, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator.
Living rooms / Satellite TV.

In the common areas you'll find:

A Salt Water Pool.
A large, gated, parking area
and a large patio you'll share with a few birds and lizards.

Location:
Located in Playa Fortuna, Luquillo
It's like a small fisherman's village, or "barrio". You'll see locals walking around selling live crabs or coconuts and local fruits and fishing boats in the water.

We are on a small road with access to the Fortuna Beach and two blocks away from the Mameyes River, which comes straight down from El Yunque, so take our kayaks out there and count the turtles and watch out for golf balls, you'll be crossing the Rio Mar Golf Course (FORE!)

We are a short walk away from the Luquillo Kiosks.
In the Luquillo Kiosks you will find all kinds of local cuisine.
This rural-ish tourist area where horseback riding, kayaking and other eco-friendly activities take place allow you the opportunity to experience our humble culture.
We are located at the East Coast next to the Corredor Ecologico del Noreste National Reserve, home of the Leatherback Turtle; nesting season April through Sept.!!! You just might get lucky. We are 12 minutes away from El Yunque Rain Forrest.

Here you will always have sand on your feet, warm sun on your face and a smile when you look at the sky.

We are 15 minutes away from movie theaters, shopping malls, fine dining, 3 spectacular resorts with Casinos, You can enjoy a wonderful day at sea on a fun, snorkeling-lunch catamaran tour, surfing, zip line tours on the El Yunque trails, boat rides, kayaking and so much more....
We are 25 minutes away from El Comandante Horse track.
If shopping is your thing, Plaza Las Americas is the largest shopping mall in the Caribbean; you can combine that trip with a visit to the Bacardi Rum Factory or the Old San Juan city (45 minutes away).
