I'm 44 and have moved to France in April 2005. I have been in the hospitality business all my working life, and at 36 wanted to work for myself rather than a public company. The success of the business, as you will see from reviews, is built on a personal touch and we encourage guests to chat and mix. Our clientele range from Australians and New Zealanders to North and South Americans, and Europeans. Everyone is welcome and because of the friendly reputation have been featured on Ch4 and ITV in the United Kingdom and in the English national and regional press.
