Payments can be done either by bank transfer or cash.

- Bank transfer:
Bank account details will be communicated if you choose this payment method.

In order to secure your booking, a copy of the transfer draft or a valid credit card are required upon your reservation confirmation.

- Cash:
Total amount to be settled upon arrival.
A valid credit card will be required upon your reservation confirmation to secure your booking.

The security deposit is a guarantee in case of damage that might occur in the apartment.
- If no damage occurs: the full amount of 2000$ will be refunded
- In case of damage: you will settle the amount of the damage.

To avoid any confusion, an inventory is available at the apartment.

The Security Deposit can be settled in cash or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).
- Credit card: the amount will not be debit from your account, it is only blocked for the period of your rental.

- If you cancel up to 7 days prior to your arrival date: you will be charged 50% of the total amount.
- Cancellation less than 7 days prior to your arrival date: no refund

Yes. This contract specifies your rental dates & the house rules.

- Wi-Fi Internet access is free of charge.
- Local phones to land lines are free of charge.
- Free underground parking is available upon request.
- The kitchen is fully equipped.
- Cable TV with more than 120 local and International channels.
- DVD & printer/scanner are available.
- Generator is available in the building & apartment during outage.
- A grocery shop located in the building is open 24/7.

Yes. The Apartment is located in Hamra, in the center of Beirut.
Hamra is well known to be a very safe area.

The apartment is 3 minutes walking distance from Hamra & Makdessi street.
You are nearby restaurants, cafés, pubs & shopping street.

By car, you are 5 minutes from the Corniche, and 10 minutes from Gemmayzeh & Downtown.

Depending on the number of nights & the booking dates, a special rate can be given.
