The terrace is also a solarium, and it is located on the roof of the building . With an area of 200m2, you can enjoy of a spectacular view over the whole Tagus estuary , looking Lisbon to the East, Almada to Southeast, in the south the beaches line of Costa da Caparica, and to West the Atlantic Ocean.

It is located near the train station (500m)"Cascais Line" , the Oeiras Park-Shopping Centre (2km), and centers of Paço de Arcos (800m) and Caxias (500m). This train line connects Lisbon to Cascais. In Lisbon / Cais do Sodre station (10 minutes by train), you have the metro and buses that will transport you to any place of Lisbon, including the Aeroport, where you have a metro station.
Travelling towards Cascais, the train takes you along the coast, with stations in all areas with beach. It is a highly recommended tour because the rail line follows the river to the ocean.
Alternatively, and if you like cycling, I have 2 adult bikes, which I can rent, and I can get others if requested in advance. Bikes can be carried on the train.

Paco de Arcos and Caxias have a market and all kinds of trade. You can obtain supplies at the end of the day, back home.
The commercial center of Oeiras is further away, about 2km from the apartment, you have a tramway that transports you since Paço de Arcos to the entrance of the center.
To shop for souvenirs, I advise you to visit the beautiful shops of downtown Lisbon

Guests with baby or small children, have at their disposal a cot with bed linen adequate, a highchair for meals, a low table and chairs for children to play, books, movies, etc..
