My name is Constantin I am 50 years old, a Dutch national and a journalist by trade. My wife and I both used to live in Athens center, but 6 years ago after holidaying in the area, we decided to go for quality of life and moved to the lovely seaside village of Lagonissi (named after one of the most luxurious hotels of Greece: the "Grand Resort Lagonissi"). It is a quiet place with several beautiful sandy beaches, close to shopping "heaven" Glyfada and at only a 40 minutes drive to Athens by car. Our property is a two storey villa on a dead end road, at just 500m from the sandy beach and 600m from the Express Bus station to Athens center. My wife, myself and our 12 year old son, live on the first floor of the villa and are always available for any information or assistance.
